Johana Barrientos was recognized for creating a poster that explains her research on a complicated heart disease it in a detailed, colorful and reader-friendly way.
Stephen Jacquemin, associate professor of biology and research coordinator at Lake Campus, led a study documenting changes in water quality following the implementation of new rules and best management practices.
Several hundred high school and college students interested in pursuing careers as doctors, nurses, veterinarians or other health professions are expected to converge at Wright State for presentations and tours.
