About

Jadyn Barga

My name is Jadyn Barga, and I am currently in my third year at Wright State. I am majoring in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Neuroscience, while pursuing a pre-med track. I am currently a member of The Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I am a Research Assistant in the Hennessy/Schiml Lab for the Department of Psychology – Behavioral Neuroscience and a Scribe in the Emergency Department at Dayton Children’s Hospital. I am also an AmeriCorps member where I serve in Dayton area schools. I work directly with students to identify health disparities in their communities and develop projects to address these concerns. After graduation, I plan to earn a Master’s in Public Health and a Medical Degree to become a Pediatrician involved in community outreach work. I am super excited to serve the CoSM as a Dean’s Circle member and help out students in our college. I’d be happy to hear any suggestions or answer any questions, please don’t hesitate to come talk to me!
