Wright State University honored more than 1,600 graduating students during its spring commencement ceremonies in the Wright State Nutter Center.

The 1,603 graduates from the class of 2023 join more than 120,000 Wright State alumni who are making a difference throughout Raider Country, all over Ohio, across the nation and around the world.

U.S. News included Wright State’s graduate programs in medicine, engineering, computer science, public health, public administration, mathematics and business among the best in the nation for 2023–2024.

Wright State will hold commencement ceremonies for the Lake Campus on April 27 and for its graduate programs on April 28 and undergraduate programs on April 29 at the Wright State Nutter Center.

Eight people with Wright State connections, including Matt Sherwood, research associate professor, were named to Dayton Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list for 2023.

Drew Sprenkel, an 18-year-old junior neuroscience major, benefits from mentorship with Wright State President Sue Edwards.
