Hammerschmidt and Rooney receive President's Awards for Faculty Excellence in Early Career Achievement

Professor Chad Hammerschmidt of the Earth and Environmental Sciences Department and Professor Tom Rooney of the Department of Biological Sciences were recently recognized for their achievements at early stages in their careers. Over the last 7 years, six of our program faculty have been recognized with this honor.
