This course will address theories, issues, and research in training. The purpose will be to discuss factors and processes involved in training needs assessment, design, and evaluation as well as learning processes, individual difference and motivational factors affecting training, and selected special topics. Department Managed Prerequisite(s): Graduate level PSY 8610 Minimum Grade of D
Enrollment Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Majors: Human Factors/Indust Psych. May not be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Undergraduate.
