Job Responsibilities: Accountable for building and applying organization development capabilities in partnership with HR and business leaders to create an engaging culture for associates, deliver an exceptional experience for customers, and ultimately drive the achievement of business results. Our team provides tools, coaching, and consulting support in the areas of change management, organization design, culture, team effectiveness, associate engagement, and rewards and recognition.

Job Responsibilites: Oversee all enterprise-wide assessment programs for Macy’s stores, credit and merchant divisions, college recruiting, distribution centers, corporate offices, and select roles within Bloomingdale’s; Select and create assessments, design hiring processes and tools, train end users, get buy-in from stakeholders, and ensure both ROI and legal compliance.
